Shakespeare für Anfänger
Im heutigen Video sieht man den schottischen Schauspieler Brian Cox, wie er dem 30 Monate alten Junge Theo den Beginn des wohl berühmtesten Monologs eines Shakespeare-Stücks beibringt. Absolut großartig!
To be or not to be – that is the question:
Whether ’tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles
And, by opposing, end them.

The phrase “to be, or not to be” comes from William Shakespeare’s Hamlet (written about 1600), act three, scene one. It is one of the most famous quotations in world literature and the best-known of this particular play. Quelle: Wikipedia

nice, aber leider muß man dabei Werbung von youtube/google zum Thema “Pupsen und Rülpsen ” ertragen – da fragt man nach dem Sinn des Monologes (oder des interessanten engl. /lat. Wortes…).
